The Malta Baby & Kids Directory team has launched its Faber-Castell painting competition for children aged four to 14.
The winning painting will feature on the cover of the next issue of the directory, which will be launched in July. The competition is themed ‘Saving Malta’s unique environment’.
Faber-Castell products are ‘green’ because they are mainly pollutant free and come from CO2 neutral production.
To participate, children are to send in their paintings – which must be A3 or A4 in size and can be in any media, including crayon, oil, watercolour or colour pencil – by May 20. Name, date of birth, e-mail address, mobile number and school details should be written on the back of the painting – which is to be sent to The Malta Baby & Kids Directory ‘Saving Malta’s Unique Environment’ Front Cover Painting Competition, The Definitive(ly) Good Guide Co., 34, Bishop’s Palace Street, Vittoriosa, BRG 1153.
Entries will be judged by local artist Kenneth Zammit Tabona. The top 12 runners-up will have their paintings featured inside the directory.
